newbee boost question...why is it...

ok...as you can see...i've been reading this site and i've learned alot from it and alot of things you guys discuss here....i probably experienced it already....ok....now...i have read that the boost goes from 10 psi to 8 to 10 again....that would be normal....what if it boost 10 lbs on half throttle and drops to 8 then the boost cuts off at 4500 rpm to like 0 to like 2 lbs...am i having boost problems with my second turbo? when i floor the car, pedal to the metal, it doesn't even seem to boost at all....what does that mean? anyone experienced this? what do i replace in order to get my boost up again? could i have an internal leak in my turbo? your help much appreciated....thanks

check all the vacuum lines to be sure you don't have any leaks. i'm not an FD guy, but i've heard all those lines that control the Seqentials can cause all sorts of problems. maybe the wastegate actuator rod has fallen off the wastegate lever which would cause the wastegate to be open all the time. check that out....
