need second opinion

93 fd wont start. ran poorly stalled and wouldnt start back. found faulty spark plug wire repl. wires and plugs and still wont start. a guy said to pour tranny fluid into the intake and turn it over till it will start. burn it off and then change plugs and things should be ok. he seems to beleive apex seals are seized. has anybody tried this before? car has not been started in 4 months. havent checked compression.

Yes do the trany fluid trick. Make sure it sit for at least 24h to let it soak in.
That might fix it, if its carbon build up. If it does not fix it. You might want to do a compression test.
Hope that helps
