Alright hello first off let me start with details on the car. I'm originally the 2nd owner of this 1987 Rx7 FC N/a I had sold this car 5 and half years ago and just recently bought it back the car sat for about 1 year or close to a year. It won't start to save my life the things I've done a far will be listed below I'm looking for any other suggestions on what to check and do also a mod list on the car will be added below. I've delfooded the 7 multiple times no vapors out the exhaust at all only happened when I sprayed starting fluid in the intake then it had small amounts of vapor but without that none, I've used two different batteries car will turn over but not start. I haven't changed the fuel pump but will be doing it Sunday.



Mod list:

racing best header

Full exhaust

Motor has 30k miles

New Mazda transmission

Exedy clutch

Stock ecu

Street ported

Upgraded radiator



Things I've done and checked

New spark plugs

New wires

New leading and trailing ignition coils

Oil was changed

Fuses in interior were changed

Relays under the we're replaced

Checked all grounds that I can see and know of

Fuel pump resistance and voltage checked

Ignition coil connecting resistance and voltage checked

Deflooding has been done multiple times

ATF in the spark plugs done

are you getting fuel at the injectors? if not, check the AFM.

also, stop putting ATF in the chambers.

 

Alright so update. Fuel pump has been replaced still no luck. Car won’t start next thing to take out and check before replacing is the fuel injectors. The secondary injectors are dirty on the outside and rusted a little anyone have issues with bad injectors not letting the car start?
