Talking Need help with parts

Ok, first off I have an 88 anny Rx-7 (Turbo of course). I have been having a slight heating problem and starting problem for the past month or so. It isnt a daily driver and it just sits in the garage while I work on it. I run it maybe 2 times a week for about 30 minutes around the block to keep it going. I am doing this because I am working on restoring it. Anyhow, I figured I should check the alternator for the starting problem and the thermostat and waterpump for the overheating problem. SO. I have removed the alternator and now taking it to get checked, but as for the water pump it has a lot of build up in it so Iwill replace it while i got it off, but the problem is... Where can i buy one online for cheap? Stores here rip you a new one. Last, the thermostat, well lack of one should I say. It wasn't there, the guy who sold me the car must have taken itout or something because it is just gone. Could I have damaged something driving it like this? Where can I buy a good thermostat and what should I go check to make sure it isnt damaged?

To sum it all up, I need a good Thermostat, Radiator, Alternator, Waterpump. Any web sites or recommendations? Thanks a ton!

Ok thanks! Update on my problem with starting... The starter AND alternator both checked out and were PERFECT. So... What could it be then? When I turn the key, sometimes nothing happens, and I have to return it and then it will crank but it wont catch. Maybe Spark plugs? If anyone has any suggestions I am all ears seeing how I dont know what is left. If it is compression shouldnt it still start? Anyhow help me out guys hehe, lata!

Are there any performance radiators or thermostats that are recommended? I want to get anything that will provide better performance.

stock radiator is good for decent power. what power level are you planning? as far as thermostats go, i would recommend just getting a stock Mazda part. aftermarket crap and i have not gotten along in the past.

Umm power isnt really the issue. I was thinking of cooling for better engine life. I am thinking on a Koyo... have you heard good things about them?
