NEED HELP, jb weld stuck in coolant passage
Decided to take off my intake manifold to see what mysteries laid beneath it, found out that the previous owner before decided it was a good idea to seal up the coolant passages where the freeze plugs go with jb weld and in the process of taking out that jb weld junk, a piece fell inside the coolant jacket. What's the worse that can happen if it's left in there? Is there any idea of a way to get it out without disassembling the motor?

First ..I would wonder if JB weld floats..(maybe it does!) If it does then you know the answer..lol!
Secondly I would look at the coolant system routing using a Factory service diagram and find out where that "hole" actually exits to..the easiest route to the outside of the engine.
If it goes from that hole to the pump then just flush at the hole and spin the pump.
your engine is out anyways so you gotta get water flowing out of that hole hard enough to move that piece of crap.
If the engine's Hole is tilted down flat on that side then it gives that piece a chance to get out when you put the water to it..

About the size of a dime but im going to harbor freight today and buying an engine stand, then I gotta order the adaptor to put the motor on its side, try to flush it out and ill possibly have to slice the piece in two if it shows up because it's too wide to come straight out the freeze plug holes
