Minimum o-ring groove depth

Hello!

At topic, does anyone know how deep the groove is from Mazda, and how deep it must be minimum to allow the seal to seat the way it should?

I measure different depth on several of my plates, some I know have been lapped, but it would be good to know go/nogo measurements.

Thanks for any replies!

Stig

Nobody knows? My many plates measure anything from 1.52-1.65mm.
