how long does it run for after you switch the ignition off? do you happen to have an electric fan on the car?

i'm not sure what you're asking/saying in your second post. neither the wipers nor the turn signals should work when the ignition is off.

I do have a electric fan with it with a realeyI was thinking that it was the electric fan so I disconnect the electric fan turned the car on when I shut the car off it was still on the car

 

well, is there anything else electrical on the car that's not OEM equipment?

you can also check the ignition switch itself.
