Have you pulled/checked the codes? To me it sounds like a spark issue, maybe air?

Checked the codes? If I knew how I would hive it a shot, and there is a vacuum leak I can hear it when the car shuts off bu im having a hard time finding it

Your trailing spark plug wires are installed incorrectly.
The Leading coil(front of car) ,the wires can be switched on the plugs and the car will run FINE as the Leading plugs fire at the same time.
BUT the Trailing coil( near the brake master/driver's side strut tower) need to have It's wire go to the Correct plug or you get a backfire as they fire just slightly off from each other.,.

SO..Look at the COILS and you will see the terminals have designated markings...(look at engine as Front is pulleys..back is trans)
Leading plug wires from coil: L1 goes to Front LOWER spark Plug...L2 to the lower Rear Plug
Trailing plug wires from Coil: T1 to TOP spark plug..and of course the last one T2 to the Top Rear plug.

Alright ill five it a shot as soon as daybreaks I have brand new ngk plugs in also. My 7 was running just fine then one day out of the blue I went to go for a drive and then the backfiring and lost of acceleration just happened I had did a compression test a few months before and it was 108 on front rotors and 110 on rear plus the day before all tjis happend there were no sighns of anything going wrong, it just happend but ill try the plugs today
