motor compatibility question

will the second gen 13 b rotors and rotor housings fit on the third gen e-shaft and steels or are the bearings and thru bolt patterns different?

series 5 and series 6 (late 2nd gen and early 3rd gen) rotors are identical in weight and compression ratio and are totally interchangeable, the difference is the series 6 rotors have a fully machined bathrub and the earlier ones are left partly cast.
