mods to turn boost up safely

i own a 93 r1. It already has a full three inch exhaust with down pipe and intakes. I have saved up 3 g's and i want to know what mods to get so i can safely run at least fifteen pounds of boost. I am buying a front mount kit already so that leaves me with 1500 to spare. please help me out so i don't blow up my car lol. i really do need some help though.

Thank You
mark

I didn't see any mention of a stand alone computer, that would be a requirement in my opinion if you want to see a safe 15psi. That should take the majority of your remaining money, if not more.

The administrators didn't put up FAQ's for fun...please take the time to read them.
