looking for OMP adjustment screw mod

there was a member on here that did a OMP mod with a adjustment screw to a 93-95 electrical OMP, to meter the oil into the motor. he did it because he went with a standalone ecu and when there is no stock ecu, the OMP only stays open to 50% when it is not controled from a stock ecu. I need to find who it is. i would like to do the same however i will use a Rotary Aviation OMP mod plate to use 2 stroke oil instead of crankcase oil, run a PFC, and have the adjustment screw on the OMP to tune that as well.

any help will be appreciated. BTW i searched for like a week, i saw it once and never again. I need to find it, you dont understand, LOL........ thanks
