All you can do is try to get the coolant out and then load the housing with 2 cycle in an attempt to coat the surfaces. Drain the coolant from the engine by removing the drain bolt in the center iron. Then pull the plugs, crank the engine over to expel any coolant. Add a bunch of lube and rotate the engine over by hand to coat all the surfaces. Do not start the car without coolant in the engine.

running the engine without coolant for anything less than 2 minutes wont hurt anything.

Thanks guys! I think I will just start pulling the block now. I don't know to what degree the rotors and housings will get coated with oil, so I don't want to risk it.
