87 t2 ported , full 3in turbo back. Re ameymia twin disc unsprung clutch lightweight flywheel. Long story short the clutch has been on my car for a week now, and I was starting to get used to the on off engagement with little slip . Semi daily driven . But suddenly I take off from a stop like I'm still driving my stock clutch of the last 5 years. I did practice stop and starts . But there's no way my left foot is this good

No not because it's working but how am I able to suddenly take off from a dead stop with an unsprung clutch like it's a factory clutch plenty of slip to take off . Just suddenly I go from having to wait for huge gaps in traffic to take off slow and not stall out. To being able to slip it like stock. .like sitting on a hill playing with clutch and gas (which I'm not but I can) I'm just worried. I drove this clutch I'm my buddies car before and it was never like that. In his car it was exactly the same as the first week In mine. (I bought the clutch from him). Its just a drastic change and I don't wanna get stuck somewhere because something breaks that's all

wow ....

did you drive your friend's car everyday? my guess is this is probably just a case of you've had some time to learn/adapt.

Actually I drove his car for a week..yes everyday ..but your right about learning and adapting guess aslo has to do with the fact that I'd be extra carefull with his car seeing How it wasn't my car.I'd be too focsed on otherthings .I was breaking in his motor (full t2 swap rebuilt. Full driveline swap aswell) in a vert

But his swap being off subject ..I was Also thinking About throwout travel being over excessive ..wearing out the pp spring diaphram resulting in lower initial clamping force..maybe I am over thinking it and should give myself a lil more credit

My resoning behing throwout travel comes from the fact thaton his car 88vert had less travel .at first it wouldn't fully release..we tried countless bleeds ended up extending slave rod..but that would put my car at less of a chance of messing it up
