I think a lot of us need help.

Aside from the few books about RX-7's and the rotory engine, where else can we get solid, reliable information about our beloved beasts? I can understand the basics of how the engine works and why, but there is still a lot of information that is missing, like all the vaccuum lines and how they relate to each other. Does anyone on this forum have this knowledge? Where did they get it (mechanics school programs, ripping their engines apart?)? And would they be willing to hold seminars or lectures or something in order to educate the rest of us in our undying thirst for knowledge?
Thanks.

A lot of the systems (including those implemented with vacuum hoses) are not rotary-specific, so generic emissions and fuel system information applies. Howstuffworks.com and books like "Automotive Mechanics" are two such resources. The Factory Workshop Manuals are very useful. A general attitudinal approach of "how would I do it?" or "why did Mazda do it this way?" also helps a lot.

Appreciated Max. Thanks. I still feel that it would be beneficial for many owners to attend a seminar or two entirely based on our very unique vehicles. I had in mind something that would encompass nothing generation specific. aahhh, I love goofy thoughts.
