I have a FD and it is nearly perfect except for that when i drive to the mall and i park the car. The turbo timer lets it run for 3 minutes. Well here's the imperfection:

When i come back from the mall and crank up the car, the car hesitates to crank. Sometimes it takes like three tries to get up her up. Im guessing that the problem is a "hot start" problem....can anyone help me with fixing this, and yes i have searched. THanks
