i dont know i have just heard a lot of people saying they did it and got some kind of power gain.

Like he said....that info is kinda important for CFM size and overall necessity of a Holley. Stock motors would probably flood and loose power with a Holley, Big StreetPorts and BridgePorts like Holleys but prefer going perfectly straight like in drag racing. For overall drivability, Power, and fun, go the Weber 48 IDA.

i once had the holley 465cfm that RB offers for the stock port and it does very well in overall drivability and performance. i currently run RB's 600cfm on my sp 13b. as for hp, i really couldn't say without putting it on a dyno. RB claims, i think, 25% increase, but that's also with their complete exhaust system, which i also use. but i will say that when i had the 465 on an '83 12a, the difference between it and the stock carb is like night and day. and if u autox, u really should get the center hung float bowls.
