Holes above spark plugs?

Hey there guys sorry for being a pest!
Just coming to the few last stages of my car and noticed 2 holes above my spark plugs!
Any idea what they are and what go's there??

Will the car run with out the knock sensor it's a dedicated track car?

Judging by your avatar I would assume you're referring to an FC? The FC will run fine with no warning indicators without a knock sensor.
