Hi im new here. I joined this forum looking for some help. I live in Texas and no one knows crap about rotary engines around here so I joined this forum for help. I recently bought 2 1988 RX7s. One coupe and one convertible. The Coupe is in really good shape except for the engine. The converible on the other hand is stripped naked except for the doors and trunk lid. I was thinking about buying a rebuilt 13b turbo to put in the coupe, but thats hard to find. Is there any difference in the turbo and non turbo engines, internally that is? Could I buy a rebuilt N/A motor and turbo it with a turbo ECU without any problem?

take a look in the faq's in the second gen section... it has been covered a million times... now a million and 1


and there are a lot of people in texas that would beg to differ with you about them not knowing squat about rotaries

 

yeah man i did the same thing when i joined you should take a look around before you ask or just do a search on it ????
