hey guys what is bridge porting??
sorry for a dumb question., im a newbie i just bought my fd and has been a dream come true for a long time, anyways i just want to know what all these porting do or how they work on these rotaries, im pretty mechanical and i know how piston engines work, i just am new to rotor engines, is there any links or sites i can chk out that go into detail on how these engines work , thanks guys i know its a stupid question to some of you guys but like i said i like to know how things work and why , thanks.

Bridge Porting is creating a extra opening in the intake runners so that the intake is open longer and thus creating more power, but the low end is hurt a little. Most of the power is made above 7,000rpms
There has been a new thing in the rotary community called Half-Bridge porting, basicly you are just porting the secondary ports and leaving the primary non bridge ported.
