Question Help, No Spark....

I have recently re-built my 13b engine due to a snapped tip.
The engine went back in with no problems and it fired up and was running fine.
It was idling for about 20 minutes when it suddenly stated spluttering, missing and then it died.
When I tried to re start it was trying to fire but it just would not have it.
After a bit of investigation I found that the rear trailing coil pack was only one firing, and by this time it was getting late so I decided down tools and go home.
The next day I went down to fix it, when I was cranking it, it did not show any attempt to fire, it just cranked over and over.
Whilst cranking the engine I probed the HT leads with a spark tester pen, I found nothing coming down any of the HT leads.
I have got a 12v ignition supply to the ignighter and to all of the coil packs.
I have checked resistances from all the wires out of the coils to the ignighter and from the ignighter to the ECU, these are all ok.
Under cranking I have checked my rpm reading on my pfc and my crank sensors are working.
can any body help me out because I am running out of ideas.
