Help needed

Ok where to start.. my car is a jdm spec 90 turbo 2. i got it a while ago but i've been away for the past year so it's just been sitting there execpt for the ocasinal start up by my bro. it seems to be plauged by gremlins. as far my current probs are(keep in mind i have no idea about state of engine -state of tune, rebuilt or not etc.):

-won't idle when cold so you have to keep it above 2k til it warms up even then it idles bad
-even after it warms up it idles poorly
-it runs rich very rich but i have no idea how to adjust the hks fuel comp but i can tell it's an older one (uses over 20$ gas for 1/4 mile)
-compresion is:Front 78,68,79
back 77,79,78
(stuck side seal?)
-also any way to find out state of the engine without teardown (port or apex stock or not)?
Basicly i want to know are these problems related or should the be tackled independently and if so in what order would be the most cost effective . Keep in mind i kave no income as of yet as i just got back from traveling and money is tight although a couple hundred is not a problem.

P.S. Door lock doesn't like the key (key is worn and i don't have another...) any ideas?

A locksmith can fabricate a new key, especially withyou having the old one. There are mobile locksmith it it needs to be done where you are.

There is no feeling like losing the last key in existence for a lock, and have the locksmith pull up an start doing his thing and half an hour 45 min later you have a brand new key that opens the lock.

good luck
