help needed

Ok so I just had my engine rebuilt by goopy performance and itd back together and seems to run fine, except it wont boost and I cant figure out why. It might be timing , since the car has a distributor and not a cas and the microtech was tuned as such before I bought the car and had it rebuilt. The car seems to break up around 5k rpm if your in nj and would be willing to help I would greatly appreciate it , or any help at all

Thank you in advance

was the car running fine before you pulled the engine for a rebuild? also, other details about the car/setup wouldn't hurt. pump? injectors? ported?

if everything is working other than boost, then you need to start troubleshooting the turbo system itself. did you overhaul or at least check the turbo for damage while the engine was out and away?

the 5,000 RPM breakup could be ignition, could be fuel. again, details help. is the distributor locked?

I figured it out but maybe some more thoughts
1600 secondaries
880 primaries
Bosch 044 pump
Race ported
Microtech standalone
Hp-76 turbo

I figured out someone who was helping me cut the line going to the map sensor on the microtech thinking it went to the rear washer. So I hooked that back up re adjusted timing by ear because I have the gilmer pulley system on it. And turned fuel up and it seemed to smooth out
