Help ME i have lots of problems(not mental)
Ok first thing first. My R1's idles high 1000-1700 rpm. Sometimes it hunts. Next i think my turbo is leaking oil cause i was changing the oil and i noticed it smoking slightly then later after driving i saw smoke come from under the hood. My main problem now is the idle cause im failing emmissions cause of the high idle... stupid air pump. The idle drops to normal while driving once in a blue moon... this all happened after i changed the air filter and the waterpump/thermostat. If the fans are on full the idle goes to normal. And if i have the parking lights on there is no idle hunt. help??? Ok well how hard is it to change the oil lines to the turbos? Any tips? Oh yeah and another thing.... I noticed a buildup of some yellowy residue in the oil filler neck+moisture on the cap. I read somewhere that it is due to the O ring for the filler neck, any thoughts on that?

PS: STUPID EMMISSIONS TESTING NO MY CAR DOESN'T HAVE 6 GEARS AND NO YOU SHOULDN'T BE RUNNING IT UP TO 60MPH TO TEST THE ******* EMMISSIONS.

ok... noticed that the pipe from the y pipe to the intercooler was not secure... popped it back in place... didn't do crap. still idle hunt with lights off and high idle with them on 2000-1200 rpms. I noticed that the vaccum hose to the C.R.V. is well.. uh collapsed.. Something around there is still leaking oil or something. cause i was fiddleing with that vaccum line and psssss drip of burning oil vapors into my face yum. Well crap i need to fix this very soon cause i need to pass emmissions testing. Help? greatly appreciated. i promise to lube it up and ease it in inch by inch like a gentleman?!?!?!?!?

ok... i was harsh... i admit. i love me rex. i think i found the problem. somehow my fast idle cam is messed outta wack. the dumbuss before me musta adjusted the imposslable to adjust screw.. aaahhhhhhhh coolant hoses and intake manifold hot. How the hell am i supposed to adjust the freakin phillips head screw at that angle? hmmm this could take hours.
