Ok
Duh... High idle=fast idle cam But why did got make it so ****** hard to get to? I had to pull my TB. Of course me being me i decided to **** with other ****... prolly wasted another 30-60 min. But wait... Im still idling at 1200rpms 
i donno maybe i have to reset my ecu....... oh well.. there is tomorrow. my hands are raw and i still have to go to work I probably would have spent less time if i had a beer 
Oh yeah got rid of the hunt, yay. maybe i'll try that emmission thing tommorow.. someone before me mustve fucked with the fast idle cam cause well.. damn. Stupid head.. all they had to do was change the air filter and clean up the throttle plates... but no im gonna mess with more complicated stuff. anyways.. im glad i changed the water pump cause i think it was going bad. I had no heat for the -> 
now to fix the darn high idle
