buy the Haynes manual from a auto parts store or you can download the factory service manual for free at www.iluvmyrx7.com
Or go to the 2nd Gen section (all RX-7s from 86-91 are 2nd generation) and do a search for idle Its something that is covered over and over again, and its not something as simple as "push button X to fix your idle", its more complicated than that. And turn the caps lock off.
