I installed a used 13B, in a 86 RX7, the previous engine died a horrible death, after the installation, the engine would turnover but would not start, checked fuel pressure, crank position sensor, & the normal things.
put noids on the injectors & found that I was not getting power, however I can spray gas directly into the intake and the car will run as long as I am spraying..

Which injectors did you check? The two that are on the manifold are the secondary injectors and they don't come on until your ECU senses that the engine is under heavy load. The primary injectors are the only ones that are working 100% of the time and they are right on top of the block. You have to remove the intake to get to them.

 

What he said^ try switching ur fuel lines. That worked on a friends car. He had the lines reversed.
