Angry Having starting issues with my 93 FD

Heres my situation I have a 93 FD3S and I just resently took the turbos off of to have them reconditioned. I was also having problems with the boost sensor. But before i took off the turbos and changed the boost sensor the car would start but run really rich and idle rough. So now that i changed the boost sensor, cleared the engine code, and put the turbos on it sounds like the car isn't even firing. I took each spark plug out and inspected them. The top (traling) plugs were wet with dark colored fuel (no oil). The bottom (leading) plugs were dry but kind of dirty with carbon. After inspecting them I cleaned them off and made sure they were getting spark which all of them did but im still having the same problem.

I was wondering if anyone else has had a problem like this or if anyone had any suggestions.

Does anybody know any shops in the LA area i could go to?????
