Has it gone pop? Won't start.

Hi guys. I'm sat here sobbing and eating ice cream. I think my motor gas gone . It was running away fine last night. I came to it today jacked it right up on one side about 3 foot to do some undersealing. Once I had finished my undersealing I jacked it all down. I done some other bits and peaces as my mot is on Wednesday. I went to try and start the car. It fired and idled about 500rpm. I tried to give it throttle but it died. I tried turning it over and it tried to start. It fires every so often but not enough to start. I pulled the plugs. I seen some fuel/oil on the plug. I then turned over the motor with the plugs out and there was a lot of mist coming out of the holes. I tested for spark. It has a great powerful spark. I then put the plugs back in and tried again. Same thing. Fires every so often. I pulled the plugs again and there was the same petrol/oil on the plug. It doesn't mater where you have your foot on the accelerator it still won't run. I've tried re initialising my power FC and tried different maps but nothing. Is this symptoms for an oil seal blown? any help is appreciated. Tha JD guys.

Also I should mention that It has been rebuilt 4000km ago but has been unused for 5 years. ? Could it just be bad fuel?

If its sat for 5 years with the same fuel, I'd check the fuel filter, fuel sock and definitely flush that tank with new gas. If the fuel smells "rank"out of the exhaust that is also a sign of bad fuel.

sorry I should of said. ive had it running since. changed filter fuel etc and was driving fine.

I got it started today by heating the sparkplugs up with a blow torch.

it seems to be flooding itself! when it runs it idles extreamly rich as in 10 af ratio.

im going out tonmow to try another map as I had option1 selected on map sensor instead of normal on the datal gogit. thank god its not blown YET haha

So went out today 3 hrs before mot. The ****** wouldn't start! Although I have done some research and supposedly there is a coolant sensor somewhere that controls the airfuel ratio on the ecu. Could this be the cause of my car not starting? It's just constantly flooding itself. Spark was quite weak. I've ordered new ht leads for now. Has anyone heard of this ect temp sensor? Any help is apreciated thank

Very possible actually. How can I test that? Whip off the uim and with a 12v supply go across the injector and see if I can hear a click?

I would test compression just in case. Mine had a starting problem at one point. And the problem was it needed a rebuild
