Harbor Freight tools
I'm doing my first rebuild and gathering the necessary tools as needed. The engine is apart and I need dial indicators and micrometers to measure wear. I was at a auto parts store look and another customer suggested i get harbor freight dial indicators. I've always been suspicious of bargain tools and told the guy that. He said he's a machinist and uses them.
Is this going to be accurate and reliable?

Here's a kit, but it's clamp and the arm looks like it bends, can that be accurate?

These are the micrometers on their site

That dial indicater setup is kinda crappy to use/setup compared to my snap on but the dial is accurate when i compared the two. The micrometers come with a calibration thing to check and recalibrate as needed. There just as accurate as my 200 dollar mic.
