Haltech 2500 elite tach/speedo problems.

Hello, I’ve searched and there doesn’t seem to be an exact answer. So I’ll shoot my shot lol

situation: 20b swap, Haltech elite 2500, rywire plug and play harness, stock dash/cluster harness, the blue/yellow wire on yellow plug spliced into tach Haltech tach signal wire, verified correct programming from tuner (tuned by Shawn).

problem: tach and speedo do not work at all. Nothing intermittent, just do not work. The oil pressure does not work either (not too concerned because I have a CAN gauge, but included for problem solving potential).

fuel level and water temp DO work. Odometer lights up and displays. Gauge cluster was refurbished by Gagne a couple years ago. Everything was previously functioning properly prior to new harness install. Stock trans, speed sensor connectors connected to trans. Any help or pointing me in the right direction is much appreciated!!

I contacted rywire, but they seem a little slow to respond to emails (I assume they’re busy) so I figured I’d ask here since I have some time to work on it this weekend.
