GReddy V-Spec FMIC piping to T/B question

Hey, I have a new GReddy 2 core FMIC, but have a 3rd Gen UIM/TB on my S5 motor. Has anyone adapted intercooler piping between generations like this? I think I need the GReddy 3rd Gen elbow, but it faces the front of the car and the intercooler piping comes into the stock TB from the passenger side. What would be the best way to make my setup fit? I hope it's not too hard, there's not much around for custom fabricators around here... Any help is appreciated, thanks!
