Fuel temp sensor vs coolant temp sensor wiring

Can anyone help me verify the wiring colors for these two sensor plugs? I am trying to diagnose a "crappy running nearly dead" issue with my FD after servicing my injectors, I need to ensure these plugs are not switched. However I cannot find a wiring diagram that can aid in my diagnostic... Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Refer to the FSM pgs F-225 and 226. Fuel should be B1-22 and Coolant should be B1-41

Broken line spliced but leaking, the other one looks empty, but I can see air bubbles from a small crack when engine is running.
What are these tubes called? Where can I get them? Rock Auto?
Could these damaged lines cause diminished performance and small rapid fire backfire?
