Its easy to take them out. Get a Haynes Manual, or Factory Service Manual.
For cleaning them, cruzinperformance is the cheapest in price. Many people like RC-Engineering but they charge nearly twice as much for the same service. Heres the web sites.

Considering any FI cleaner you put through your gas tank (including Techron or RL) won't really do all that much for the spray pattern or matching up the flow of your injectors, not to mention any leaking injectors, you may want to consider some professional servicing. At between $65-125, I'd definitely consider it for any FI car over 10 years old.

I'm just waiting for a time I'm sure I won't be cruising around the midwest to do it, since my beater is no longer highway capable (thermostat, fixable, not worth it).
Another thing to consider is fuel economy & power. At, oh, $2/gal (probably a bit high), and $60 for the fuel injector cleaning ($48 + shipping):
Assume you go from 16mpg to 22mpg, average. Doable, people have reported better gains, but let's just use this for now.
16mpg = 12.5 cents/mile
22mpg = 9.1 cents/mile
For a difference of 3.4 cents/mile
Now, $60/$0.034 = 1764 miles
So, JUST in gas costs with reasonable economy numbers, the fuel injector cleaning will pay for itsself in under 2000 miles.
Also, consider that there are people on the forums with RX-7s getting 28-30 mpg - that's quite respectable - but they almost always have had their injectors professionally cleaned. Plus, the power benefits are apparently noticeable.

Sweet, never looked at it quite that way. Don't mess around with your FI's. If they need cleaning send them to be cleaned. The cost is cheap insurance for your car and for peace of mind. RC will give you a 10% discount if you can show you belong to a car club.
Try using the miracle drug "SEAFOAM", this stuff is awesome! Ran a can of it in my 1st gen GSL SE and it cleared up the stumble at idle and the hesistation at mid range. Runs like a new car and it pulls strongly from 3200 RPM to redline without missing a beat. Invest $5.00 to see the results. It also comes in spray can form as well to clean the throttle body with awesome results. I normally use this on my jet ski's to clean up the carbon deposits. Didn't see why it wouldn't work on my 7. Results were awesome!
Quick note, my car is all back together after getting the injectors serviced by RCEng. Runs silky smooth now. And it eliminated the backfiring that I was having on deceleration. Now if I can figure out what's causing my high idle...
