Fuel from Housing 2 when fuel pump disconnected

Hey,

I just wanted a 2nd opinion. I'm having trouble starting my S5 engine which seems to be over fueling so I disconnected the fuel pump (in my case the microtech) so there should only be the starter with power to clear the housings from fuel.

Cranking seems to clear housing 1 but housing 2 has fuel coming out non-stop

Would this be an injector that is stuck open?

If so, what are the best ways to clear these up or is it to get them on an injector test rig?

880cc Seimens primary injectors
1680cc Bosch secondary injectors

If there is no fuel pressure there will be no fuel. Is it water?
