"Fouled" Plugs and

At some point in time someone smarter than I, needs to explain to me how a spark plug "fouls". I can understand if it was older and wore out but these plugs had maybe an hour on them. I had cleaned and let them dry and they sparked fine outside....Hmmm. Well now that i've figured that out Anybody know where I can get cap and wires that I can modify the ends for DDLFIS.

too much fuel adhering itself to the spark plug with cause it to not fire properly which leads to more fuel finding itself unburned and wets the plug more. Repeats until plug is too wet to conduct. (gasoline is a real poor conductor)
