FD3 idle control valve wiring

Hi guys, I am looking to rewire up an idle control valve on my 20b converted Fd3. However, I don't have wiring I place due to the aftermarket ecu. I can take a plug from an old 13b wire harness I have. I know one wire will be a trigger wire to my new ecu. Can some one verify if the other side is an ignition live or an earth. I cannot tell enough from The wiring diagrams I can find for the idle control unit and I must say electrics is not my strong point. All I can see is it goes off to a relay.
Thanks in advance.

its the same switched black/white wire that does all of the other solenoids on the engine, so yes just ignition switched power, and then the ECU grounds the other wire

Cheers for confirming.. That is what I thought from what I could make out on the diagram but I wasn't confident to just go for it!
