FD wont start eccentric shaft wobble issue?

I've got a 97 FD

rebuilt the engine over the winter checked all the tollerances and everything was good.

engine went back in the car and now it wont start when we try to crank, we are getting fuel compression and spark.

ive noticed when we try to crank it over theres some wobble with the eccentric shaft.

I think this is causing the crank angle sensor to be thrown off and thus its not fireing the sparkplugs at the right time therefor the car wont start.

the biggest change to the engine was a new clutch/flywheel in doing that i had to put the rear counterweight in. i talked to atkins rotary and they told me the automatic rear counterweight was the one i needed.

any idea what might be causing the wobble in the eccentric shaft?

Remove the belts and main pulley check the crank runout to verify if its actually bent and not the pulley itsself.

runout was checked when everything was apart, i measuered 0.01mm tollerance is 0.06 unless something would of happened when it went back in the car? i know we had to fight with the trasmission to get everything mated back up.

make sure you didn't bend your thrust plate when you took off the oem flywheel. May also need a bigger end play spacer.
