FD Randomly dying after warm-up

Car info:
1995 FD JDM
90k miles
Mods: New SARD catalytic converter, ARC intake, trust exhaust
Recent maintenance: plugs, wires, ignition coils, OEM fuel pump, fuel filter, vacuum line job, injectors, battery, clutch, oil change, new sequential turbos, solenoids

So I had problems with this car bucking about 6 months ago and when I put on a straight pipe it seemed to fix the problem. I shipped it and just started driving it after about 4 months in storage. I had problems with it shutting down once or twice after warming up. If I was fast, I could give it gas and it'd barely keep it from dying. After that it ran fine. Sometimes before this happened the car would lose power suddenly but if I gassed it it'd still drive ok until it seemed to fully warm up.

Now after replacing the catalytic converter it doesn't immediately die like before. However, now when it dies the RPMs slowly go down but giving it gas doesn't seem to do anything. It also has some trouble starting back up, and usually giving it gas helps a little. Car drives better than it ever has, but randomly losing all power in the middle of a turn is pretty scary.

What I'm thinking could be wrong:
fuel pump - when it got installed the fuel level sender stopped working, so I'm guessing they fucked it up

injectors - I replaced my old set with another set that was slightly less used. Seemed to help, but could be bad I guess.

tuning issue ? I have the stock ECU still. I don't see why the higher airflow would do this, but I thought maybe it's leaning out and the engine is shutting off

low compression? I haven't checked it yet but I guess I should.
