Fc3s?

Hey PPl Im new and am in the process of purchasing an Fc3s non turbo. I forgot what year. What should I look for on the purchase. I have almost little or no knowledge on the rotary engines. the person says it starts, it needs a new clutch and it shot a 7ft flame awhile back. also it needs new apex seals. So how much do yall think it is worth? How hard is it to replace the apex seals?

yeah i know i have 2 more cars and they both need rebuilt but i would rather rebuild a rotary any day. the other cars are both 240s. Would the car still start with bad apex seals and if it did about how long would it last.

lol I know I love rotary's and riceland is a no no. My other cars were never ricey. There was an F150 and two 240s. I think i will rebuild the rotary myself if it comes to that it's a good start and a great way to learn about them.
