FC broke down Question PLEASE !!!!
I had my FC 13B Turbo. Just broke down yesterday night.
Before the engine was weak when it is in low rev... and every time I start the car have to acclerate on it. After i just done the service & Tunning (acclerate cable tune) by meself ( the car had long time hasn't done service)
Enigne goes well... I drive after 10mins, the car 's fuel was very weak .
Turbo didn't push ... and acclerate is nothing .... then it stop.
The car can't start now..... battery is alright ... Petrol had one level.
Is it a fuel pump or fuel line problem?
I am THANKS YOU anyone can answer me ...
Albert

wow. Can't understand a lot of what you are saying, but I'l give this a shot.
Do a compression test. This will tell you if there is a broken seal. Engine requires a rebuild if it has a broken seal.
Then check for spark. Obviously there will be no combustion without spark.
Then check fuel. Several ways to verify that the fuel is flowing. The Haynes manual and factory service manual (download for free at www.iluvmyrx7.com ) will show you how to do this if you don't already know how.
The throttle cable thing you did was probably a band-aid fix. You should have checked to see why the car wouldn't idle correctly. Many things can cause this. Vacuum leak, sensor not working properly, sensor unplugged. If it used to idle fine, now it runs like a bag of hammers, then this is most likely the problem. If you bought the car idling like ****, then you may want to check the throttle body to make sure someone hasn't been messing with the throttle stops or rich/lean mixture screw. When is first started and the engine is cold, it should rev itself up to a higher RPM until it warms up. This is the accelerated Warmup System. Factory Service Manual will tell you how to check all this stuff.
For the Turbo, you may need to inspect it for damage or excessive wear by looking at the compressor and turbine blades to see if they are bent or broken. See if there is excessive lateral movement in the shaft.
If you are not mechanically inclined, you are SOL.
