Exhaust leak?

Im looking at an FC online and the owner tells me that there is an exhaust leak on the flanges...

Now i have head of leaks on headers, turbine housing, down pipe, midpipe/cat and catback but nothing of flanges...

Anyone want to clue me in on what this guy means by flanges?

The "flange" is where two sections of the exhaust meet (ie: where the converter meets the cat-back, etc).

It is usually something as simple as a burnt out gasket or a missing bolt.
