Was out driving when suddenly the engine stops responding to throttle and completely bogs down as soon as it gets some boost/load. I can increase the rpm slowly without problem. Car starts and idle fine.

I have so far

Replaced plugs
Changed fuel and filters
Looked at injectors and replaced orings
Switched position of coilpacks (AEM prone to ground failure)
Checked for loose wiring and vacuum leaks
Any ideas?

 

find out from your tuner (or whomever setup the Haltech) if it has a limp mode, and what sort of conditions would trigger it.

 

I also suggest you check with your tuner.
