Sputtering and hesitation with full throttle??

Sputtering and hesitation with full throttle??
OK heres what its doing.The car runs ok and idles fine.The problem arises after I start making boost in the upper RPM's. I will be driving along and if I go WOT the car will stop accelerating and hold at what ever RPM i was at before going WOT.Now if I let off the gas just a little bit it will start to accelerate again then it will stop accelerating and if i let of the gas a little more it will start to accelerate again.When it stops accelerating it kinda sputters and the boost will bounce up and down about 2 lbs or so.Its an all stock car. AT the moment I have the double throttle control wired open and the poormans non sequential setup.also the CRV is not hooked up its just blocked off.
Any insight would be helpfull.

Just had a simular problem. With the boost part
"When it stops accelerating it kinda sputters and the boost will bounce up and down about 2 lbs " It was my charging system. Not enough voltage and couldn't fire the coils right. Try putting a charger on for a while then take it for a pass.
