Question Egine Rebuild Costs

hey every
im new to all this so heres my question:
i want to know how much its going to cost me and how much time it takes to get my 89 GTU's engine rebuilt by a professional vs. me doing it on my own because as i stated im new to all of this. if anyone can help me out i would appreciate it.

Between 1,000 and 1,500 dollars for a simple rebuild. I'm not sure, but engine installation may be an additional fee.
