Alright, i am picking up my car in Virginia on saturday.. and the drive back is about 11 hours. The car itself is in great condition with most of the common reliability mods done.

I've driven FDs before but not alone and just for fun... while the owner did the real observations.

Can anyone reccomend to me exactly what to check along the way at each gas up and anything specifically not to do. It is an automatic.

I couldn't find a direct answer by searching so if anyone has some insight, that would be cool.

Oil pressure coolant level and temps. I wouldn't boost it to much until u check it out inside out.

 

take your time, don't rush it or push the car. stop often to let it cool down and check everything over. buy your drinks in bottles (not fast food cups), because we don't have any cup holders.
