differential bushing

I have an 88 rx7 and im trying to replace the differential casing bushing (I think their called) any idea how to remove the old ones? and if the new ones have to be pressed in? I got the stiffer mazdatrix bushings, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Yes a press is necessary in order to install the new bushings the way I take the old ones out is to drill all the way around the metal collar remove as much of the rubber as possible, the more you drill out the easier it will be to take the bushing out, then either hammer or press the old bushing out

The reinstallation will be much easier if you hit the housing with some lithium or axle grease too
