Cosmo primary rail/injectors????

Does the primary fuel rail need to be modified (from 13b-re) to fit FD 850cc injectors?

They are in right now, but my car is having trouble starting sometimes. Could that be the problem? If it is, can I just cut off a little piece of the rail? Thanks

FD 850cc are not interchangeable into the cosmo Re rail. Take them out.. it will not work properly. If you want upgraded ( upgraded in CC size) simply have your Stock Cosmo RE 550 primary injectors bored/modified by RC Engineering.

I have a spare set I already had done that I have not used yet that I will let go.. They are 1100cc though...

Japan2LA do you by chance have any extra primary RE injector orings that go between the injector and the housing? I had to make one from a larger rubber ring and grind it down with a dremel. It seems to be working fine, but if I ever have to remove that rail I would like to replace it with a stock real one.
