charcoal canister

hello all I have an 88gxl and I noticed the charcoal canister was missing. I want to replace it with one from the junk yard. My question is, how many hoses need to be connected to the canister. I noticed two small hoses near the bracket (where original canister was removed) are these the only hoses that connect to the can? I only ask this question because a canister I came across at the junkyard had the two hoses on top (small) and one larger hose on the bottom of the can. Any input on replacing this canister would be greatly appreciated--Ren THANKS IN ADVANCE TO ALL

Yeah there's a big hose that connect to the bottom. It's just for breathing purpose or something. The bottom hose just hangs down and doesn't connect to anything. The only important is the top 2 hoses
