Can I use the "Red Line Lightweight Shockproof Gear oil" on my 2 gen. rx7 GXL?

Hi,

Does anyone know the "Red Line Lightweight Shockproof Gear oil" can use on the 2nd gen. rx7 GXL transmission?

I just found out mine manual shift is not smooth as before.

i use the heavy duty one on my FD if that helps, it feels ok. i herd really good things about the NEO fluid, i might try that next year when i change fuilds.
