Can I turbo a non turbo 13b without a swap?
Like the title says. Just wondering if it's possible without doing a full TII swap. I'm not looking to install a high boost turbo either.

I'm a big noob going into this. What would I need to be able to do this and respectively what would it cost?

clearly. and that was kind of the point of answering in the manner I did. the Gen II FAQ thread already has pre-linked threads that can point you in the right direction and get you started. it's click and read - no "searching" required.
